We’re excited to share that Scott Brady has officially joined the Machina Labs Board of Directors. Scott is a Founding Partner at Innovation Endeavors and brings deep experience working with founders and leadership teams as they scale ambitious technology companies. His background spans entrepreneurship, investing, and close engagement with technical teams building products at the intersection of robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing.
I’ve had the opportunity to know Scott in multiple roles over the years, as an investor in Machina Labs since our Series A round in 2021, as an academic mentor, and as a thought partner. Machina Labs has also been analyzed in academic settings, where we engaged with Scott and his students at Stanford Graduate School of Business on real-world challenges involved in scaling advanced manufacturing.
Scott’s addition to the Board comes at an important moment for Machina Labs. We are entering a new phase as we scale from early development into production applications across our key verticals. That shift requires experience scaling technology into real-world production environments as compared to early-stage intuition. Scott has worked with multiple companies through this transition and brings a valuable perspective on how to navigate it successfully.
Scott brings strong pattern recognition across defense and automotive, with a clear sense for how trust is built inside large organizations and how companies scale responsibly in mission-critical environments. Just as important, he understands why what we’re building is technically hard and why getting AI-driven manufacturing right really matters. That combination has made him a believer in Machina Labs from early on and a great fit for the Machina Labs Board as we look ahead.
